Treat your neighbour as you would like to be treated. Be friendly, clear and respectful in every message and on every job.

  • Say what you need, when you need it, and what you will pay.
  • Turn up when you said you would, or send a message if you cannot.
  • Agree the price between yourselves. We do not take a cut. All business is between you and your neighbour.
  • Keep private chats private.

We will not tolerate abuse, threats, not paying, or not turning up. If any of these happen, your account may be suspended or deleted. To report a problem, email info@lendhands.co.uk.
